Linley Law, Key Accounts Manager with Merz Aesthetics, has spent her life creating and developing relationships. After earning her MBA, she wanted to work with people and build something special. Her ability to connect with clients and their customers was how she was able to move from an entry-level role in sales at Xerox Corporation to becoming National Accounts Manager by the age of 24. Her interest in the elective medical field and her desire to be in an industry where she was her own customer led her to Campbell Cunningham Laser Center. There, as Director of Marketing, Linley worked with the partners to build one of the first fully-tracked marketing programs in the industry. The practice experienced a 350% monthly growth by the second year. Being a part of such a fastest-growing and profitable laser center put Linley in the cross hairs of the largest manufacturer of LASIK technology. Soon, Linley was recruited as Business Development Manager for VISX, now part of Johnson & Johnson. She was, in fact, part of the inaugural expansion of Business Development Managers at VISX, pioneering their forward-thinking educational and practice-building programs. Linley would land one of her most challenging roles in her career as consultant for venture capitalists in the aesthetics industry, a role that would soon forge a new career direction. While consulting with locations across the Southeast, Linley began working with Dr. Elizabeth Whitaker. Linley built yet another thriving relationship with the double-board certified plastic surgeon and was named CEO of her aesthetics practice, Atlanta Face & Body. Through targeted branding, client-focused processes and a fully-tracked marketing program, Dr. Whitaker’s practice experienced an amazing 370% growth by the third year. Today, Atlanta Face & Body, with its flourishing business in both surgical and advanced non-invasive aesthetics procedures, is one of the marquee providers of Merz technology in the Southeast. Linley’s role at Merz Aesthetics is to drive other practices with innovative best-practices programs and help them achieve the same kind of success.
